2. Data we process

The data you provide through the enquiry form (name, phone, email, contact preference and information about the property or your search) and any data you send us via WhatsApp, phone or email.

3. Purposes

To handle your enquiry and contact you through your chosen channel; to manage, where applicable, the real estate brokerage relationship; and to comply with applicable legal obligations. No automated decisions or profiling with legal effects take place.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR); pre-contractual measures or performance of the brokerage agreement (art. 6.1.b GDPR); and compliance with legal obligations, such as anti-money laundering rules applicable to real estate activity (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. If no business relationship begins, it is deleted within 12 months at the latest, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Service providers (web hosting or email) may access it as data processors.

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your data will also be processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under its own policy, which may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@livingcasas.es.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
